QTS is a UK-based manufacturer of wire mesh and fabricated warehouse solutions, supplying trade customers across the UK and Europe. I manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, covering everything from on-site content capture and campaign planning to webpage builds, blog writing, email marketing, and graphic design.
Working closely with internal teams, I create targeted, product-led campaigns and develop employee-generated content to showcase real projects and day-to-day operations.

Approach
Marketing at QTS starts with a clear brief, with each campaign built around a structured content plan focused on specific products, priorities, or commercial objectives. I also carry out SEO research for webpages and blogs, ensuring content aligns with how customers are searching.
I work closely with the Managing Director and sales team to develop employee-generated content, using their insight to identify what needs pushing, from underperforming products to new ranges.
As part of the Nene Group, I also lead on photography and videography across the wider business, capturing on-site content, installation shots, and interviews to support marketing across multiple brands.
Campaign Highlights
This video formed part of “The Cost of Getting It Wrong” campaign, focused on highlighting the importance of safety in warehouse environments. It was used to promote a range of safety products available at QTS, showing how they perform in real scenarios.
I edited the video to quickly demonstrate the capability of the products in a clear, easy-to-watch way, making it accessible and engaging for a trade audience.

The campaign, “Retaining Our Core”, was designed to re-establish QTS’s core offering at the start of 2026, focusing on the key products that underpin the majority of warehouse projects.
As QTS has expanded its range significantly in recent years, I proposed the idea of refocusing on our core products and services, reinforcing that we are still highly capable and trusted in these areas. It felt like the right way to kick off 2026, resetting the narrative and bringing clarity back to what QTS is built on.
Working from an initial brief, I planned and created content across social, email, and web, including an anchor blog and supporting campaign visuals. The aim was to clearly communicate how QTS’s core products work together as a complete system.

As part of the campaign, I created an in-depth blog designed to act as a central hub for all activity. The process started with SEO research to identify relevant search terms and topics, ensuring the content aligned with how customers are actually searching for these products.
From there, I structured and wrote the blog to clearly explain QTS’s core products and how they work together as a complete system, supporting both customer understanding and wider campaign messaging.

Email Marketing
Email marketing played a big role in supporting campaigns and keeping customers up to date. I created and sent emails alongside campaign activity, making sure everything tied together across social and web. This included product promotions, campaign launches, and general updates. The focus was on keeping things clear and easy to read, so customers could quickly understand what’s being offered and take action.

IMHX 2025 - Live Event
IMHX is one of the UK’s leading intralogistics and warehouse exhibitions, bringing together suppliers, manufacturers, and industry professionals from across the sector. In the lead up to the event, I created and delivered all supporting marketing content, including email campaigns, blogs, social media posts, and email signatures, building awareness and driving engagement ahead of the show.
During the event, I produced and edited three stand videos across two Nene Group stands, showcasing six different businesses. Alongside this, I captured content daily, editing and publishing in real time to maintain a consistent and active presence across social channels.

On-Site Content Capture
As part of my role, I regularly visit customer sites and live projects to capture content that showcases QTS products in real working environments.
This includes photographing installations, product details, and full warehouse setups, with a focus on creating high-quality, usable assets for campaigns, websites, and sales materials. Capturing content on-site ensures everything feels authentic and relevant, helping to clearly demonstrate how products perform in real-world scenarios.
