HiStore is a division of QTS, specialising in the design and installation of structural storage systems, including mezzanine floors and large-scale warehouse projects.
My role involved creating content that brings these projects to life, from visiting sites and capturing imagery to supporting campaigns that showcase the full journey from design through to installation. I also write blog content to support SEO, helping to explain projects in more detail and improve visibility around key services.
The aim was to make complex projects easier to understand while still showing the scale and quality of the work.
As demand increased through marketing activity, posting was reduced from twice per week to once per week to better manage the volume of enquiries coming in.
This campaign focused on promoting HiStore staircases as a key part of mezzanine design, rather than a secondary add-on.
Working from an initial brief, I planned and delivered campaign content across social and web, supported by an SEO-driven blog. Operating within a niche B2B market, the focus was on reaching a targeted trade audience with clear, relevant messaging rather than high-volume reach. The aim was to educate customers on the importance of staircase design, safety, and compliance, while positioning HiStore as a provider of fully integrated solutions.
Alongside social content, I created a detailed blog to support the campaign, using keyword research and industry-specific topics to improve visibility and provide more in-depth information for potential customers.
The campaign focused on simplifying a more technical subject, making it easier for a trade audience to understand why staircase design should be considered early in a project, not added later.
Campaign Performance

The aim of this campaign was to make a technical product easier to understand for a trade audience.
Content combined clear visuals with an SEO-led blog, using imagery to highlight key features and the blog to explain design, safety, and compliance in a structured, easy-to-follow way.

Project Spotlight
As part of my role, I visit live project sites to capture content that showcases HiStore installations in real working environments.
The focus is on highlighting scale, layout, and key details, helping to bring each project to life for potential customers. This content is then used across social, web, and campaigns to give a more realistic view of HiStore’s capabilities.
